Anne Celeste Heche, an American actress who is known for her work in the film and television categories. The actress received many awards, including the Daytime Emmy Award and a National Board of Review Award. Anne Celeste Heche (19 May 1969 - August 11, 2022) is an American actress. Her first fame was for playing twins Vicky Hudson (left) and Marley Love (right), on the soap Another World (1987-1991). Her character won the actress two Soap Opera Digest Awards, and a Daytime Emmy Award. The late 1990s saw her rise to prominence with her performances in crime dramas Donnie Brasco and Volcano, the film about horror I Know What You Did Yesterday Summer as well as the comedy about politics Wag the Dog. Anne Lockhart, born Anne Kathleen Maloney in September 1953, is an American actress. She was best known as Lieutenant Sheba in the television series Battlestar Galactica ( 1978-1979). Her mother is the actress June Lockhart. Her grandfather was actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart began her career at very young age. The first time she appeared on screen was at age four when she appeared on T is for Tumbleweed. Oscar nominations were made for the short documentary. The actress would often be seen on the set along with her mother so she was able to learn about the nuances of business. Lockhart has even appeared on numerous Lassie episodes. Dora in Jory in 72 was her first film. The Sixth Sense starred her as Joan Crawford's Joan Crawford daughter at age 18. Joan acted in this episode in her final appearance. A popular rumor is that Anne did not want to play the part of Laurie Strode in John Carpenter's horror film Halloween, in 1978. The role was later cast for Jaime Lee Curtis. Carpenter claims that Anne rejected his proposal to play Laurie Strode. Anne isn't aware of being approached with the name of John Carpenter or being offered the position. Maybe one of her agents declined the role on her behalf, without notifying the actress. Her initial choice was made to play the role by Glen Larson who sent her an extremely preliminary script to play a role in the 1978 TV series Battlestar Galactica. The character was not strong enough for her to accept the role. In the future, Glen made a different part just for her with an even stronger character called Sheba. After reading the first 25 pages of The Living Legend script, The Living Legend she accepted the part immediately. The series lasted one season. The show was cancelled after one season. Joyride (1977) which was a film in which she co-starred as well as acted in with Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith, Robert Carradine.
