Lady Gaga is an American artist, singer, actress and musician with a net value of $320million. Lady Gaga is also known as Stefani Angelina Germanotta. Her first professional gig was in the world of burlesque and musical theatre in New York's East Village. She struggled for a couple of years before she finally began to make progress in 2005, recording her first album and creating songs for artists like Britney Spears, Fergie, and the Pussycat Dolls. Her first album, "The Fame", did not appear to be very successful. But, only five months after it was released, "Just Dance", her first single, was an international hit. She had been relentlessly touring Europe and smaller clubs of the US. In 2009, songs from the album were frequently being played on radio stations. For all the hard work she put into it she was awarded multiple Grammy nominations as well as two Grammy Awards. The music she has released has proven to be a huge hit and continues to attract attention. She's a vocal activist for social justice and an exhibitionist who gets extra attention at awards shows.
